Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group's Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, OR is seeking a PRN Nurse (LPN/RN) for on-call/per diem coverage. LPN rate is $38-$43/hour and RN rate is $48-$53/hour.

Active OR licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required. The role involves supervising nursing care for residents, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a minimum of two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing, long-term care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
