Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a PRN Nurse (LPN/RN) for Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, Oregon. This on-call/per diem position offers competitive hourly pay: LPN $38-$43/hour and RN $48-$53/hour.

The role includes supervising nursing care, picking up at least two shifts per month, complying with regulations, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing process, particularly for geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
