Job summary

Rock Creek Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Monte Vista, CO is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our flexible team.

As a PRN nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and families while upholding safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN or LPN license, or eligible compact-state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
