Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our dedicated Skilled Nursing Community. You will provide direct resident care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and document care while maintaining compassionate relationships with residents and families.

Shifts run 6:30am–6:30pm or 6:30pm–6:30am, with PRN / on-call as needed. We offer on-site teamwork, ongoing training, and a quick hiring process with day-of interviewing when possible.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older
