Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Gypsum, Glenwood Springs, and Rifle locations in Colorado on a part-time basis. You will provide relationship-based care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education with strong support resources and a patient-first philosophy.

Ideal candidates hold an active NP or PA license with ANCC/AANP or NCCPA certification, CPR/BLS, and ideally independent practice experience.

Qualifications

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based medicine with a focus on prevention and wellness.
• Manage chronic conditions and deliver health education to patients.
• Work autonomously with a patient-centered approach and collaborate with the care team.
