Concentra is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for two Modesto clinics (Modesto and Modesto Ceres). The role supports occupational health with flexible, M-F 8-5 shifts. 2+ years in NP/PA required; no evenings or weekends.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university
• Board Certification
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training available
• FMCSA NRCME is required prior to start date
• DEA required prior to start date

Responsabilidades

• Examines patient and compiles medical data
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests
• Develops patient management plans and records progress notes
• Maintains accurate documentation and quality assurance checks
• Provides excellent patient experience and customer service
• Adapts to scheduling changes and covers two clinics (Modesto and Modesto Ceres)
