Lee Health is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for PRN Float Pool assignments across Southwest Florida. This role offers night shifts with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide expert maternity care in multiple Lee Health hospitals.

Requirements include an associate degree in nursing, Florida RN licensure, and at least two years of acute care L&D experience. BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications and the ability to float to Mom Baby units are required.

Formación

• Associate degree from accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery required.
• L&D nurses must be willing to float to Mom Baby units based on patient care and staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe patient care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Deliver care across multiple Lee Health hospitals as part of the Float Pool team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient safety.
