Lee Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for its Year-round PRN Float Pool, covering ICU and PCU across multiple Southwest Florida hospitals. You will provide skilled nursing care with flexibility, supporting diverse patient populations in fast-paced environments.

The role emphasizes critical care expertise, adaptability, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, across Lee Health facilities with standard BLS and Florida RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum of two years of recent acute care experience in Critical Care.
• Willing to float between ICU and PCU, with willingness to float to Medical/Surgical/Telemetry as needed.
• Current Florida RN license and BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care across multiple units.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care delivery.
• Maintain adherence to nursing ethics and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
