Wellstar Cobb Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on a PRN night shift (7 pm – 7 am). The RN will join an interdisciplinary team delivering high quality, compassionate, patient-centered newborn care in a supportive governance environment.

Responsibilities include utilizing the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating care with physicians and support staff while mentoring others as needed.

Qualificações

• Associate or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire.
• Licensed as RN in Georgia or multi-state compact.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and age-related needs.
• Collaborate with care team, document thoroughly, and support service excellence goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in shared governance.
