Job summary

MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, located in Baltimore, Maryland, part of MedStar Health, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neonatologist to join our PRN NICU team in a flexible capacity serving a 23-bed, private-room Level III NICU and the newborn nursery.

This role integrates with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for newborns and their families; BLS and NRP certification are required.

Qualifications

• MD licensure in Maryland.
• Initial board certification in Pediatrics.
• Completion of a Perinatal/Neonatal Medicine fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Perinatal/Neonatal Medicine.
• BLS and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for a 23-bed, private-room Level III NICU and newborn nursery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neonatal team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Maintain pediatric licensure and fulfill PRN scheduling requirements.
