Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRI procedures, scanners, and imaging protocols.
• Knowledge of MRI safety standards and patient screening requirements.
• Basic IV skills and contrast administration knowledge.
• Experience with PACS and imaging systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations according to orders and protocols.
• Position and assist patients to obtain diagnostic images with comfort and safety.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and safety precautions.
• Conduct MRI safety screenings prior to imaging.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast per protocols and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain equipment, organize rooms, and document in EMR and imaging systems.
• Communicate with radiologists, nurses, and staff to coordinate care.
