Job summary

Piedmont Community Imaging in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a PRN position at our brand-new outpatient imaging center. You’ll perform MRI exams safely and efficiently while keeping patients comfortable and informed.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling with weekday coverage now and potential evening/weekend shifts as hours expand. Requirements include an associate degree in Radiology or a two-year radiology program, ARRT/ARMRIT registration, and eligible state

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registration with current, valid status.
• Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT required upon hire.
• Must meet applicable state licensure requirements where practicing.

MRI Technologist - PRN (as needed)

Brand new outpatient imaging center | Join our growing Team!

Position Summary:

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll use your experience and expertise to perform MRI exams safely and efficiently, while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This PRN opportunity is ideal if you’re an experienced technologist who enjoys flexibility and is comfortable working as needed in an outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details:

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage. Our center is currently operating primarily during standard weekday hours, with plans to expand operating hours to include weekday evenings and weekends as volume grows.
• Location: Brand new outpatient imaging center in Marietta, GA opened in Summer 2026.

Requirements

Education:

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

License/Certification Requirements:

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and maintain current, valid registration.
• Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT is required upon hire.
• Must meet the applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice.
