Job summary

Piedmont Community Imaging is expanding with a brand new outpatient imaging center in Marietta, GA. We seek an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams, ensure patient comfort, and support flexible PRN staffing to cover weekday hours and planned evening/weekend expansion.

This role offers a part-time, PRN schedule with opportunities for future shift differential as hours expand, and requires ARRT/ARMRIT registration and state licensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and maintain current, valid registration.
• Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT is required upon hire.
• Must meet the applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice.

Position Summary

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll use your experience and expertise to perform MRI exams safely and efficiently, while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This PRN opportunity is ideal if you’re an experienced technologist who enjoys flexibility and is comfortable working as needed in an outpatient imaging environment.

• Position Status: PRN


• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage. Our center is currently operating primarily during standard weekday hours, with plans to expand operating hours to include weekday evenings and weekends as volume grows.


• Location: Brand new outpatient imaging center in Marietta, GA opened in Summer 2026.
