Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Texas is seeking a MR & CT Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will operate MRI and CT scanners to produce diagnostic images with patient-centered care and strict safety standards.

Responsibilities include imaging procedures, patient preparation, and maintaining RIS records while collaborating with radiologists and staff to ensure high-quality service. This role requires independent work, strong technical skills, and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform MRI & CT procedures independently.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Maintain and update patient records in RIS.
• Adhere to accreditation requirements and protocols.
• Fluent communication with radiologists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and advanced MR and CT imaging with minimal supervision.
• Screens patients for contraindications and prepares them for exams.
• Positions patients and adjusts scan parameters for optimal imaging.
• Maintains RIS records and ensures safety standards are followed.
• Assists with protocol updates and training of new team members.
