• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain auto driver status.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient supervision, care, and activities for residents under staff direction.
• Assists patients in activities of daily living and supports treatment plans.
• Maintains supportive contact with patients.
• By the first of each month, provides scheduling availability for the following month.
• Supervises residents during program activities, meals, breaks, and unscheduled times.
• Supervises residents on observation/precautionary status levels as assigned.

Assists patients in activities of daily living, assists in implementing treatment plans and provides supportive contact with patients.ESSENTIAL/CORE JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBy the first of each month, provides the Scheduling Coordinator with availability for the following month.Works, or is available to work, a minimum of three (3) shifts or one (1) weekend per week and at least one holiday per year.Willingly and cooperatively works on units assigned. Demonstrates a positive, supportive, respectful attitude while working.Supervises residents during program activities, meals, fresh-air breaks/recreation and all unscheduled times.
