Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Hampton in Iowa is seeking a PRN Medication Aide to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a frontline member of the Clinical Department, you will administer medications, assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor residents' condition, maintain a safe environment, and support ongoing education for staff and residents.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate, State-approved Medication Aide

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Frontline member of the Clinical Department.
• Administer medications to residents.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living assistance.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and maintain safety.
• Support ongoing education for residents and staff.
