Summary

This position requires weekend, holiday, and evening hours as needed. The role involves performing clinical laboratory testing for all patient types in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Responsibilities include performing waived, moderate, and high complexity tests in compliance with regulatory standards, completing equipment maintenance, quality control, and quality management activities. The candidate should be able to prioritize workload, demonstrate flexibility, participate in process improvements, and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
