Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related science or approved MLT program.
• Associate degree with certification (NCA, AMT, ASCP, HEW, CLA) within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing on patient specimens under direction.
• Maintain records of performance and ensure test results meet SOPs.
• Assist development or modification of lab procedures as directed.
