Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Assistant to support clinical operations, maintain a professional image, and ensure smooth office communications. The role requires multi-tasking, reliability, and a patient-centered approach in a busy healthcare setting.

You will assist with patient prep and exams, maintain accurate records, handle specimen and lab coordination, and provide courteous service to patients and staff, under the supervision of the provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant training or CNA program from an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain within 3 months of hire and maintain CPR.
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service a must.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player, able to multitask calmly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient examinations and treatments under provider supervision.
• Maintain patient records and other information.
• Administer medications as ordered and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with required supplies and equipment.
• Schedule tests and treatments as needed and assist with patient flow.
• Provide courteous, friendly service to patients and contribute to a positive work environment.
