Marathon Health Inc is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our PRN team in Colorado Springs. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent patient care, overseeing the patient experience, and performing both front desk and clinical duties. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a graduation certificate from a Medical Assistant program, and ideally holding national/state certification/registration. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• National or state-specific MA certification or registration is strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.

Responsabilités

• Escorts patients to room and ensures that exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Takes vitals, performs blood draws, gives injections, and assists with procedures.
• Records accurate and pertinent data in the medical record according to guidelines.
