Summary:

Cook Children's Physician Network, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has an exciting PRN opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician. This physician will see patients in our Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic in Abilene, Texas. This location offers a lower cost of living and an excellent quality of life in this beautiful community, just west of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The addition of a Maternal Fetal Medicine program has enabled Cook Children’s to provide not only quality care for mothers but also ongoing care for children in need. When a high-risk diagnosis is made, we coordinate specialty care with various specialists during pregnancy and after delivery, facilitating integrated care for the child and family.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical License (must be obtained prior to start date).
• Successfully completed an ACGME or AMA-accredited residency in pediatrics.
• Board certified or eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
