Role responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, functional, clean, and attractive environment for patients, guests, and staff.
• Perform plant maintenance tasks under the Plant Operations Manager's guidance.
• Conduct operational assessments, equipment testing, and document findings.
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance inspections and document results.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may suffice.
• Valid driver’s license, good Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.
• Experience in plant operations, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements is helpful.

Salary range: $25 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on circumstances.
