Job summary

Responsibilities

• perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe and efficient environment
• maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties
• perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance
• May require on-call duties as needed or as directed by the department
