Job summary

AIS Healthcare seeks a PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes in the Macon, GA area. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in Georgia and ability to be licensed in other states.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Travel to patients' homes in the Macon area with occasional travel up to 150–200 miles one way; travel time paid and mileage reimbursed.
• Interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain ongoing training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in infusion.
• Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN).

PRN Macon Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in theMacon, GAarea

As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. As a PRN Home Infusion RN you will…

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in our patients' homes
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
• Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners.
• Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)!

In this PRNrole, you will visit patients in greater Maconand surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current license in Georgiaandthe ability to be licensed in other states. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.

• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years' nursing experience
• One year infusion experience
• Pediatric nursing experience

Education:

RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
