Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care across Saginaw, TX and surrounding areas. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to support patients in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include performing nursing visits, vital signs, med administration, wound and catheter care, and patient/caregiver education. Strong clinical skills and reliable transportation are essential.

Formación

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
