Job summary

ProHealth Group is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) to serve patients in their homes in Addison, TX. This part-time role involves administering physical therapy under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist and working according to established care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Currently licensed, registered or certified in Texas.
• Two (2) years’ experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy to patients at their residence.
• Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy under a plan of care.
• Participate in patient care planning with healthcare personnel.
• Prepare medical records, progress notes, and update care plans for patients.
