Job summary

TRITAL Care is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Oklahoma.
• Ability to provide safe nursing care within the LPN scope and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders and resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Monitor residents, obtain vitals, and recognize changes.
• Report significant changes to supervising nurse or physician.
• Perform nursing assessments and wound care as authorized.
• Maintain accurate documentation in resident records and EHR.
