Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call nursing care in a 79-bed skilled facility. You will assess, administer medications, and collaborate with a care team to support residents' health and well-being.

Positions offer day, evening and night shifts, weekend rotations, and incentives. A Minnesota LPN license is required and eligible candidates may access education and benefits programs.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.

Responsabilidades

• The LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered and documents interactions.
• Maintains confidentiality and works effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicates with residents, families and staff to support care plans.
