Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for PRN/on-call roles across day, evening and night shifts. You will provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care, administer medications, monitor conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license in Minnesota.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident status and report changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other staff in an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and effective communication with residents and families.
