Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Washington, PA is seeking a PRN LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care in a 3pm–11pm and 7pm–11pm schedule. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with departments to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements include LPN or RN licensure and CPR certification. PA background checks, FBI/Child Abuse clearances, and a drug screen are preferred, with 2 years of nursing experience as a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications.
• Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments.

• Intervenes in crises and emergency situations and provides admission phone triage.
• Coordinates with GRC departments as appropriate.

• Completes employee health duties.
• Intervenes in crises for all GRC departments during off hours.

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a PRN LPN or RN for our Washington, PA location. Schedule will be 3pm-11pm and 7pm-11pm. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be skilled and physically able to perform necessary medical interventions when needed.
• Must demonstrate good judgement, decision making and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for nursing-related patient care.

Requirements

• LPN or RN Licensure.
