Century Park Associates is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver quality assisted living care. The LPN will provide hands-on medication assistance, vital sign checks, and daily resident care under the supervision of the Resident Care Director.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid certifications, and the ability to work 6a-6p with additional hours available. Experience in senior services is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have LPN license from accredited program.
• Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing.
• One year experience in senior services preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire, or obtain during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Current First Aid certification (if required by State).

Aufgaben

• Oversees medication program, including MAR accuracy and medication assistance.
• Performs treatments according to physician orders.
• Takes blood pressure, pulse, and glucose readings.
• Charts resident information and notifies physicians of changes.
• Updates orders and transcribes to medication sheets.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Orders and reorders medications from pharmacies as needed.
• Responds promptly to call lights and requests from residents.
• Provides shift-to-shift reports and supports supervision of care staff.
• Assists with training and scheduling in the nursing department.
