Responsibilities

• Track clinical data under director supervision (e.g., wounds, infection control).
• Provide health-related guidance to residents within the community.
• Notify physicians or family of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• May handle discharges and clinical documentation as needed.
