Job summary

Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Part-time LPN at the Riverside Walter Reed Professional Center in Gloucester, Virginia. Under supervision, the LPN provides hands-on clinical care, including vitals, injections, blood draws, and medication review, and participates in care planning for diverse patient populations.

The role requires a graduate LPN license (Virginia) with or without a Bachelor's in Nursing; outpatient experience and EMR proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Virginia.
• Outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately completes clinical documentation per RHS standards.
• Provides patient education about medications and care plans.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Float to multiple locations within the division to provide support as needed.
