Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Virginia is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• At least 1 year outpatient/office experience preferred.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.

• Accurately documents care per RHS standards, including point-of-care testing and wellness visits.
• Educates patients about medications and follows up on lab results and referrals.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
