South Port Square in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a hospitality-minded LPN for per diem/PRN shifts from 6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM. You will administer medications, provide treatments, and assist with resident care while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualificações

• LPN currently licensed by the State of Florida in good standing.
• At least 6 months nursing experience; geriatric care preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments and procedures as directed.
• Assists in direct resident care as needed.
• Maintains accurate medication and care documentation.
• Assists with admission and discharge procedures.
• Responds to resident emergency calls as indicated.
• Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
• Keeps physicians and family informed of changes.
