Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Sam Perdue Juvenile Center in Princeton, WV.

You will deliver hands-on nursing care under RNs and medical providers, administering meds, monitoring vitals, and supporting daily living activities for a vulnerable population in a correctional setting. Active LPN license and 1–2 years of nursing experience, plus CPR certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions.
• Providing wound care and changing dressings.
• Supporting documentation and care planning.
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment.
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
