Job summary

Riverside Health in Mathews, Virginia, is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Lifelong Health Float Pool. The role involves working at least eight shifts every four weeks, with a minimum of two weekend shifts, across two Lifelong Health facilities on the Middle Peninsula.

Under supervision of a RN or Nursing leadership, you will administer medications, support resident comfort and safety, and coordinate with CNAs to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Weekend and irregular shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Respect resident privacy and dignity while following policies.
• Supervise CNAs and assign duties to ensure quality care.
• Contribute to development and modification of individual service plans.
