Job summary

ShiftKey enables independent LPNs in Massachusetts to bid on per diem shifts posted by a broad network of healthcare facilities. You control your schedule, choose the facilities, the days you work, and the rate you bid, giving you greater work-life balance and earning potential.

As an LPN, you will support RNs and physicians, document medication administration, monitor patients, record vital signs, and perform routine procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Massachusetts LPN license is required.
• Willingness to bid on per diem shifts and select preferred facilities.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
• Patient observation and monitoring.
• Read and record vital signs and other measurements.
• Provide comfort and reassurance to patients.
