Job summary

ShiftKey enables independent LPNs in Massachusetts to bid on per diem shifts posted by a vast network of healthcare facilities. You select facilities, days, and bid the rate you want to build your own schedule.

In this role you assist RNs and physicians, chart and record medication administration, observe patients, take vital signs and measurements, and provide comfort to those in care. You’ll work across facilities based on what you choose.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
• Patient observation.
• Perform vital signs, weight and height measurements, and other diagnostic tests.
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
