Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina in Chester, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position to deliver patient care under RN supervision.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, SC or compact state licensure, BLS certification, and may include ACLS and NIHSS depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN with the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association is required.
• Some positions require certification in AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NIHSS Stroke Scale Certification
