Richwood Nursing & Rehab in La Grange, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a Caring Heart to care for residents in our skilled nursing facility. PRN shifts focus on medication passes, treatments, and supervising nursing assistants.

You will direct day-to-day nursing functions, ensure policies are followed, complete charting, and participate in discharge planning and QA activities. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in Illinois and strong team leadership.

Formación

• Must possess an active LPN/LVN license in Illinois.
• Must have a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Ability to perform nursing procedures and supervise CNAs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
