Job summary

Champaign Residential Services in Lima, OH is seeking a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse for part-time, non-exempt work to support residents and provide essential nursing care. You will assess health needs according to individual plans and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Daytime and overnight shifts are available, and the role offers a sign-on bonus plus a referral bonus, paid training, and a union position in a long-established organization.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
• At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.
• Professional liability insurance is recommended.

• Provide quality nursing services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
• Ensure that CRSI's ICFs operate under the current standards and regulations established by Medicaid, Ohio DODD, County DODD, and other authorities that may dictate standards of operation, including nursing services, resident safety, and staff training.
• Use your mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
