Overview

Join our Culinary team as a PRN Line Cook at our Mason Facility!

Community First is seeking a dedicated PRN Line Cook to join our team at the Mason location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of food to our residents, clients, and guests at our luxury Montage Mason location.

Job Requirements:

  • Weekend availability is a must to meet the needs of the kitchen schedule.
  • Flexible schedule (PRN) to accommodate varying shifts.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

  • Starts at $14 and can go up to $17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of line cooking such as grilling, sautéing, frying, and broiling.
  • Daily cleaning of the prep area as needed and directed by the Executive Chef, Chef Manager, or Lead Line Cook.
  • Interact with residents and guests in a pleasant and positive manner.
  • Select recipes per menu cycle, prepare bakery items, and meals for residents and guests requiring special diets.
  • Assist other kitchen staff in preparation and line setup before meal service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holiday.
