As a Lifeguard at Kendal Crosslands Communities, your responsibilities include ensuring a safe, enjoyable pool environment by enforcing safety regulations, guarding swimmers and pool patrons, and maintaining a safe physical environment around the pool.

Community Location

Located near West Chester, PA, Wilmington, DE, and Maryland, our community spans 500 acres of rolling hills, meadows, and gardens. Adjacent to Longwood Gardens, residents and staff enjoy cultural opportunities, vibrant towns, and a peaceful oasis in the Brandywine valley.
