Cardinal Health in California Urology seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care under supervision, focusing on treatment delivery, monitoring, and care coordination.

You will support the Urodynamics program, assist with procedures, catheter placement, and patient education, with 1-2 days per week availability during M-F.

Formación

• LVN/LPN experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Catheter placement experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

What Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to Cardinal Health

Nursing & Clinical Support provides direct patient care and clinical support through treatment delivery, monitoring, and care coordination to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses deliver basic patient care, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to care for patients, including those diagnosed with cancer.

Responsibilities

• Support California Urology Urodynamics program
• Assist with clinical procedures
• Testing regarding function of the bladder
• Catheter placement - insert and removal
• Patient Education regarding procedures

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of LVN experience, preferred
• Experience with Catheter placement, highly preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Must be available to work 1-2 days week during M-F
