Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift float position. You will provide ambulatory patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and travel to various assigned sites.

The role emphasizes compassionate, quality patient care, adherence to the care plan, and coordination with clinics across the region. PRN float coverage supports coverage across Augusta, Aiken, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Thomson, and Lake Oconee.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nursing License.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensed to practice as a nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Preference is for an active Multi-State LPN Compact License.

Responsabilités

• Float position: provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Implement the plan of care initiated by the RN and ensure quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Travel to assignments in Augusta, Aiken, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Thomson and Lake Oconee.

Formation

Georgia Licensed Practical Nursing License

American Heart Association BLS certification

Active nursing license in Georgia

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, PRN FLOAT POSITION

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the nursing care of the ambulatory patient. The LPN provides care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN is responsible for implementing the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse and for providing quality, cost-effective patient care.

In this Float position, LPN Will Travel to Assignments in these areas:

• Augusta, Aiken, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Thomson and Lake Oconee

Position Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure, Skills)

• Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nursing License
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensed to practice as a nurse (LPN) in the State of Georgia
• Preference is for an active Multi-State LPN Compact License.
