Centurion Health is seeking a per diem (PRN) Licensed Practical Nurse for Transition Center of Kansas City in Kansas City, MO. The LPN provides holistic nursing care within the allowed scope under supervision of RNs and medical staff to incarcerated patients.

The role requires MO LPN license, IV, CPR/BLS, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Per diem shifts are offered with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials, located in Kansas City, MO 64101.

Qualifications

• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

We are currently seeking a per diem (PRN) Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Transition Center of Kansas City located in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Must be IV Certified
• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
