Job summary

Encore Senior Living in South Barrington, IL, is seeking a PRN 1st-Shift Licensed Nurse. The position involves administering medications, assisting with daily care, and maintaining accurate resident records in a supportive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and assist with daily care.
• Properly store medications and keep the medication room clean and orderly.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
