Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a PRN Licensed Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider to join our Behavioral Health team. Prefer LPC, LCSW, LMFT for this position. Open to candidate licensure (LSW, LMFTC, LPCC) for the right person.

This is a day shift position with rotating weekends, on-site at Valley View Hospital. Eligible for Employee Referral Bonuses and PSLF loan repayment, with a competitive hourly pay range and PRN differential.

Qualifications

• Licensure required: LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health profession.
• Open to candidate licensure (LSW, LMFTC, LPCC) for the right person.

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality patient-centered behavioral health care, assessment, care, planning, intervention, consultation, and referral for services where barriers to care exist.
• Works within their specific behavioral health licensure.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional behavioral health practice.
• Communicates with physician on psychosocial plan of care.
• Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.

We're looking for a PRN (as needed) Licensed Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider to join our Behavioral Health team! Prefer LPC, LCSW, LMFT for this position. Open to candidate licensure (LSW, LMFTC, LPCC) for the right person.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality patient centered behavioral health care, assessment, care, planning, intervention, consultation, and referral for services where the social, economic, emotional or psychological circumstances of the patient presents barriers to care and/or an optimum level of function.
• Works within their specific behavioral health licensure.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional behavioral health practice.
• Communicates with physician on psychosocial plan of care.
• Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.

Requirements:

• DORA Licensure must be as either:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker--(LCSW).
• Marriage and Family Therapist – (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health Profession.

SALARY RANGE

• $32.68to$48.06/hour + 14% PRN Differential.
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
