Job summary

Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO seeks a PRN Licensed Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider to join the Behavioral Health team. Preference for LPC, LCSW, LMFT; open to LSW, LMFTC, LPCC for the right candidate. This is a part-time, on-site role with a day shift and rotating weekends.

Eligible for employee referral bonuses and a PRN differential of 14%. Salary range is $32.68–$48.06 per hour, depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• DORA licensure must be one of LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality patient-centered behavioral health care, assessment, care, planning, intervention, and referral.
• Works within the provider’s behavioral health licensure and demonstrates professional practice.
• Communicates with physicians on psychosocial plan of care and supports department goals.

Description

We're looking for a PRN (as needed) Licensed Inpatient Behavioral Health Provider to join our Behavioral Health team! Prefer LPC, LCSW, LMFT for this position. Open to candidate licensure (LSW, LMFTC, LPCC) for the right person.

This is a day shift position with rotating weekends!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality patient centered behavioral health care, assessment, care, planning, intervention, consultation, and referral for services where the social, economic, emotional or psychological circumstances of the patient presents barriers to care and/or an optimum level of function.
• Works within their specific behavioral health licensure.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional behavioral health practice.
• Communicates with physician on psychosocial plan of care.
• Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.

Requirements:

• DORA Licensure must be as either:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker--(LCSW).
• Marriage and Family Therapist – (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health Profession.

SALARY RANGE

• $32.68to$48.06/hour + 14% PRN Differential.
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
